Keoghs in Glasgow is expanding its Abuse team and seeks a Solicitor or Associate to advise on complex and sensitive personal injury claims. The role is full-time with hybrid working.

You will handle pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims, draft court documents, manage witnesses, and liaise with clients while contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Associate with relevant UK experience.
• Experience with Sheriff Court appearances and Court of Session instructions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims.
• Conduct forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation.
• Draft advice, court documents, and correspondence.
• Prepare witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel.
• Liaise with clients and conduct site visits.
• Support Partners and contribute to business development through articles and events.
