Job summary

Career Information Advice and Guidance (CIAG) Adviser role in the East Midlands supports offenders in custody to prepare for work on release. You will work across sites in the East Midlands, with travel expenses reimbursed where needed, to engage learners in learning, training and employment opportunities, helping break the cycle of reoffending.

We seek confident, non-judgemental communicators with good attention to detail and experience aiding offenders or other vulnerable groups to progress.

Qualifications

• Confident and proactive communication with service users.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when using databases.
• Experience helping offenders or other vulnerable groups to progress in life.
