Job summary

Bleckmann in the United Kingdom is seeking a permanent, full-time Continuous Improvement Leader to drive local CI initiatives across our Birmingham operations. This role focuses on delivering sustainable efficiency, quality, and performance improvements through data-driven methodologies and stakeholder collaboration.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical improvements.
• Good understanding of warehouse, logistics or operational processes.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Job description

This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting operational performance through the identification, development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Leads local Continuous Improvement activities, drives the application of improvement methodologies and supports operational teams in delivering sustainable efficiency, quality and performance improvements.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and business impact

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
