Bleckmann in the United Kingdom is seeking a permanent, full-time Continuous Improvement Lead to drive efficiency across our warehousing and logistics operations. This daytime role, Monday to Friday, places you at the heart of operational performance, leading CI specialists and coordinating improvement initiatives.
You will analyse data, engage stakeholders, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements.
This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, and offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting operational performance through the identification, development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Leads local Continuous Improvement activities, drives the application of improvement methodologies and supports operational teams in delivering sustainable efficiency, quality and performance improvements.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and business impact
Leads and develops a team of CI Specialists by setting clear direction, coaching team members and ensuring consistent delivery of improvement activities within the operational area.
Analyses operational issues using multiple sources of information, identifies root causes and supports the implementation of effective, practical solutions within the local context.
Applies standard improvement methodologies and tools to drive consistent and structured performance improvements, ensuring alignment with centrally defined approaches and local operational needs.
