Job summary

The Beacon Church Camberley is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative life of the church. You will lead the Operations Team and work closely with the Senior Pastor, ministry leaders, staff and volunteers to introduce clarity, structure and excellence to execution.

You will help the church grow by strengthening systems, processes and long-term facilities planning while supporting and enabling ministry to flourish.
