Job summary

The Beacon Church is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join its senior leadership team in the Hampshire/Surrey/Berkshire area. You will oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative life of the church, leading the Operations Team and working closely with the Senior Pastor, ministry leaders, staff and volunteers.

You will bring clarity to complexity, structure to growth and excellence to execution across church life, helping ministry teams focus on their core work while

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative life of the church.
• Lead the Operations Team and work closely with the Senior Pastor, ministry leaders, staff and volunteers.
• Bring clarity to complexity and structure to growth across the church.
• Develop processes, policies and systems to support growth across venues and long‑term facilities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to enable ministry to flourish and deliver practical solutions.
• Help leaders and teams succeed by asking good questions and identifying practical ways forward.
