Job summary

3 Counties Vineyard is seeking an Operations Manager to deliver the operational functions of our church, ensuring smooth ministry delivery, legal compliance, and healthy governance. The role reports to the Senior Leader and to the Chair of Trustees for company secretary elements.

The position covers broad areas including Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, IT, Health & Safety, Compliance and Safeguarding, and line-manages three part-time staff. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Broad responsibilities across Finance, HR, Facilities, Legal, IT, Health & Safety, Compliance and Safeguarding.
• Line-manage three part-time staff (finance, admin & facilities).
• Support ministry leaders (staff and volunteers) and trustees as company secretary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions to ensure legal compliance and healthy church operations.
• Coordinate with ministry leaders to enable effective functioning of programs and services.
• Support governance activities including company secretary duties as needed.
