Connect Church Cornwall in Wadebridge seeks a Church Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, reporting to the Minister and Leadership Team. The role covers financial management, buildings and facilities, governance and policy, technology, HR and church administration to support outreach and community engagement.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven record of effective financial management, strong administration, and excellent communication to build relationships

Qualifications

• Proven track record in financial management with ability to produce budgets, cashflow statements and financial reports.
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• Awareness of Charity Commission reporting, Employment Law and Data Protection would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day church operations and support the Minister and Leadership team.
• Oversee Financial Management, Buildings & Facilities, Governance & Policy, Technology, HR and Church Administration.
• Collaborate with congregation and community to deliver the church’s mission.
