Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a seasonal retail ambassador for our Stirling boutique to deliver the Feel-Good Experience. You’ll greet customers, share tea, and help them discover products they’ll love, creating memorable moments that reflect our luxury brand.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, support daily store operations, manage stock and tills, and represent Rituals across displays and service with warmth and attention to detail to exceed guest expectations during the festive period.

• Passion for beauty, wellbeing and delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail during holiday period.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with warmth and share Rituals signature tea; help customers find products and create moments they love.
• Hit sales targets by guiding customers to purchases and encouraging membership sign-ups.
• Run the till, handle deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked and presentable at all times.
• Be a brand ambassador by maintaining luxurious displays and the Rituals look across the shop.
• Availabile to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
