Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in the United Kingdom is hiring for a seasonal Sales Assistant to help deliver the luxury Feel-Good Experience during the festive period. You will welcome customers, share product stories and assist with membership sign-ups while maintaining a pristine boutique.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, able to connect with shoppers, and comfortable working evenings and weekends. Previous retail experience is a plus, and you’ll join a supportive team at Rituals during a busy season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience by warmly welcoming customers and guiding product picks.
• Hit sales targets by sharing product stories and encouraging membership sign-ups.
• Handle all retail basics: operate the register, receive deliveries, and maintain an inviting boutique.
• Be a brand ambassador by keeping displays polished and reflecting the Rituals luxury look.
• Be available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
