Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Bath is seeking seasonal team members to welcome customers, operate the register, and keep the boutique looking stunning during the festive period. Join us to help customers discover products, share our signature rituals, and surprise them with the right surprise while delivering the Feel‑Good Experience.

You’ll work evenings and weekends, and play a key role in presenting Rituals as a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy connecting with customers and delivering a premium brand experience.
• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable turning shoppers into members and hitting short-term sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience for customers in-store.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to conversion and memberships.
• Handle retail basics: operate the register, receive deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked and tidy.
• Be a brand ambassador by maintaining Rituals’ premium look and product storytelling.
