Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is recruiting for a seasonal retail role in the United Kingdom. You will welcome customers with warmth, help them discover products, and surprise them with thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, maintaining luxe displays and assisting with stock, deliveries, and checkout. You’ll work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends, helping to hit sales goals and promote club memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during the holiday period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver the Rituals Feel-Good Experience.
• Assist with stock, deliveries and store presentation to keep the boutique looking premium.
• Support sales targets and promote loyalty memberships to shoppers.
