Rituals Cosmetics in Hereford is seeking a part-time temporary retail team member to welcome customers, tell the Rituals story, and help guests discover products that spark joy. You’ll contribute to a premium in-store experience and support with stock and storefront presentation.

Flexibility with weekends is appreciated as you engage with shoppers, build loyalty, and embody the brand’s luxurious wellbeing ethos. Training and onboarding will be provided as part of the boutique team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience — welcome customers with our signature tea, help them find products, or surprise them with something they didn’t know they needed.
• Hit sales targets by staying sharp on the numbers and turning more customers into members.
• Handle all the retail essentials — operate the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked and looking sharp.
• Be a brand ambassador by caring about Rituals’ appearance and ensuring displays reflect the luxury brand.
