Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a customer-focused seasonal sales assistant in Beverley to welcome shoppers, share our rituals, and help them discover products that enhance their well-being.

You’ll contribute to delivering a premium in-store experience, support sales targets, manage frontline duties, and uphold beautiful displays. Evening and weekend availability is appreciated in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience – welcome customers with our signature tea, help them find products.
• Hit sales targets – stay sharp on the numbers and turn customers into members.
• Handle all the retail essentials – you run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique stocked.
• Be a brand ambassador – ensure displays look premium and reflect Rituals’ luxury brand.
• You’re available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
