Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Lincoln is hiring a seasonal Retail Assistant to help customers choose products, share brand stories, and deliver the Feel-Good Experience during the festive season. You will greet shoppers, run the register, handle deliveries, and keep the boutique looking pristine.

If you love beauty, wellbeing, and creating moments of joy, this role welcomes both new entrants to retail and those with prior experience. Evening and weekend availability helps our busy holiday period.

Qualifications

• Extends greeting to customers and helps with product recommendations.
• Able to hit sales targets and recommend memberships where appropriate.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver the Feel-Good Experience.
• Assist customers in finding products and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate the register and handle daily transactions.
• Receive deliveries and keep the boutique well-stocked and tidy.
• Create appealing product displays that reflect the Rituals brand.
