Job summary

Rituals Southampton boutique is hiring a Retail Associate to welcome customers with our signature tea, guide them to products they’ll love, and deliver the Feel-Good Experience.

You’ll chase sales targets, keep the store looking pristine with beautiful displays, handle registers and deliveries, and act as a proactive ambassador of the Rituals luxury brand.
