Job summary

Rituals in the United Kingdom is seeking an energetic retail assistant to deliver the Feel-Good Experience, greet customers with our signature tea, and help them discover favorite products.

You will hit sales targets, manage the register, handle deliveries, and maintain a beautiful boutique presentation that reflects the luxury Rituals brand.

This role requires passion for premium skincare and body care, and a can-do attitude to create memorable visits for every guest.

• Handle all the retail essentials – you run the register, take deliveries, and keep the boutique looking sharp and stocked at all times.
• Be a brand ambassador – you care about how our brand looks and feels, from creating beautiful displays to rocking the Rituals look yourself, because you understand that every detail matters for a luxury brand.
