Job summary

Rituals in Swansea is seeking enthusiastic retail specialists to deliver the Feel-Good Experience for our customers. You’ll greet guests, guide them to products and sign them up as Rituals members where appropriate.

You’ll curate beautiful displays, maintain boutique standards and contribute to a luxury brand environment. A passion for counter service, storytelling and typography of product stories will help you shine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience by welcoming customers and guiding them to products.
• Hit sales targets and develop product stories to turn customers into members.
• Handle retail essentials: operate the register, take deliveries, and maintain a sharp, stocked boutique.
• Be a brand ambassador by creating beautiful displays and embodying the Rituals look.
