Rituals in Basingstoke is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to deliver the Feel-Good Experience, help customers find products, and create memorable moments.

You will hit sales targets, manage transactions, restock shelves, and present beautiful displays that reflect the Rituals luxury brand.

• Deliver the Feel-Good Experience by greeting customers, guiding them to products, and suggesting items they may not know they need.
• Hit sales targets by mastering product storytelling, upselling, and converting visitors into members where applicable.
• Handle retail essentials including running the register, receiving deliveries, and keeping the boutique neat and stocked.
