Merlin Entertainments at Warwick Castle seeks friendly Ice Rink Hosts for the Christmas 2026 period. You will welcome guests, assist with ticketing, and help skaters on the ice while ensuring safety and a memorable visit.

Successful candidates are confident skaters with strong customer care, great communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seven-week op. Training begins before opening weekend.

Qualifications

• Be a proficient ice skater capable of assisting guests on the ice.
• Strong customer care and guest-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends during the peak period.
• Remain calm and composed in busy environments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and scan tickets, guiding them onto the rink.
• Assist with skate exchanges and ensure safety on the ice.
• Maintain the rink and equipment to Merlin standards.
• Provide a high-energy, friendly experience for all guests.
