• Provide five-star service at pace to customers in the Food section.
• Show pride in knowledge of M&S Food products and assist customers.
• Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products.
• Utilise Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Be flexible to work across various store areas and shifts.
