You'll play a key role in meeting customer demand, be digitally confident with Sparks and in-store devices, and work across store areas with flexibility. This is a frontline role with opportunities to grow as the festive period peaks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor, especially in the Food section.
• Deliver five-star service and help customers find and choose products.
• Utilise Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Be flexible and ready to work across store areas as needed.
