Job summary

COOK is looking for a Christmas Driver to join our Salisbury team. This casual/fixed-term role involves delivering our food to customers' homes and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Applicants should have a Cat B driving licence, be aged 25+, and be comfortable with a fast-paced seasonal workload. We offer benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Cat B Full Car/Van UK manual driving licence.
• Minimum of two years driving the class of vehicle.
• Aged 25 and over for Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Offer remarkable service; the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.
• Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the responsibilities in our driver handbook.
• Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery; communicate delays or issues with our office team.
• Drive safely and in a responsible manner; comply with traffic regulations including speed limits.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and returned to the office at the end of each shift.

The Role

• • Offer remarkable service, the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.

  • Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the responsibilities in our driver handbook.

  • Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery, communicating any delays or issues with our office team so the customer can be informed.

  • Take care to look after your own safety and that of others. Drive in a safe and responsible manner, comply with all relevant traffic regulations, including adhering to speed limits

  • Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and returned to the office at the end of each shift.

Good to Have
