Job summary

Cook Trading Limited in Farnham is seeking a Driver to deliver meals to customers' homes. The role emphasises friendly service, safe driving, and adherence to the company’s delivery standards.

The position is casual with fixed-term hours and pays £13.45 per hour. Successful candidates will plan routes, follow the driver handbook, and represent a community-minded, B Corp-certified business in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Offer remarkable service; the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.
• Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the driver handbook.
• Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery and inform the office of delays.
• Drive safely, obey traffic regulations and speed limits.
• Complete paperwork accurately and return to the office at end of each shift.

The Role

• Offer remarkable service, the customer is always more important than anything else you are doing.
• Carry out deliveries safely and in line with the responsibilities in our driver handbook.
• Plan your route to ensure efficient and timely delivery, communicating any delays or issues with our office team so the customer can be informed.
• Take care to look after your own safety and that of others. Drive in a safe and responsible manner, comply with all relevant traffic regulations, including adhering to speed limits
• Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and returned to the office at the end of each shift.

Good to Have

Cat B Full Car/Van UK manual driving licence.Minimum of two years driving the class of vehicle. Aged 25 and over for Insurance.
