Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and the seamless running of our store operations. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, focusing on keeping shelves full and the shop floor ready for customers.

You will handle stock flow, assist with deliveries, and work across the wider store as needed. Flexibility and digital confidence with stock-tracking tools are essential to succeed in this role.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

• Flexibility is vital. From early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day, you’ll adapt quickly to keep things moving.
