Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Customer Assistant in our Food section for the Christmas period. The role is frontline customer service, focused on delivering five-star service at pace and helping customers find and buy products.

Shifts include late evenings and weekends; you should be flexible, resilient, and ready to work across store areas. Full training will be provided, and you’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the shopping experience.

Customer Assistant (Food)

Christmas only: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
