Marks & Spencer Group is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You’ll be at the frontline, delivering five-star service, sharing product knowledge, and confidently recommending items to meet customer needs.

You’ll work across store areas, staying upbeat during peak periods and using Sparks and in-store devices to help customers find what they want. This role offers flexible shifts, with hours including early morning slots on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and a potential increase

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience delivering high standards of service is preferred.
• Comfort with using digital tools to assist customers.

Friday: 05:00 - 09:00
Saturday: 05:00 - 09:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

To comply with health and safety legislation and keep our colleagues safe in the workplace, colleagues in this role must be 18 years of age or older.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
