Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc is seeking a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You’ll be on the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace, sharing product knowledge, and confidently recommending our newest food items to customers.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist shoppers, stay digitally confident, and contribute to a high-energy team environment. Flexibility is essential, with shifts that may vary across store areas during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide five-star customer service at pace and assist shoppers.
