Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, delivering five-star service at pace and embracing transformation.

You'll build product knowledge, roll up your sleeves daily, work across store areas, stay resilient under pressure, and use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find what they want.

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
