Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Food section in the Ashtead area. The role involves frontline service, product knowledge, and assisting customers on the shop floor. You will use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

Shifts run 22:00–06:00, with potential full-time hours during two December weeks. An unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour applies to those hours. You must be 18 or over and ready to work in a high‑pressure environment.

Formación

• Customer service experience or aptitude is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with using digital tools on the shop floor.

Responsabilidades

• Provide five-star service to customers and upsell food products.
• Assist customers on the shop floor and answer product questions.
• Operate Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find items.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised store during peak times.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
