Responsibilities

• Immerse customers in the world of Hotel Chocolat and our festive gift range.
• Help customers find the perfect Christmas gift by asking about needs and checking allergens.
• Support store team with deliveries and replenishment as needed.
• Process transactions, refunds and exchanges at the till.
• Maintain high standards in-store and café areas to WOW customers.
• If applicable, prepare hot/cold drinks, ice creams and snacks per guidelines, keeping the area clean.
• Support the store and team to drive success.
