Butlin's Conferences & Events in Skegness is recruiting a Front of House Team Member for our Chopstix venue. You’ll help deliver outstanding guest service, maintain high standards, and bring energy to a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent, full-time onsite role with a friendly team and flexible shifts.

No prior experience is required — we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a busy entertainment resort, with some shifts finishing late up to 4am to suit guest demand.

Key Responsibilities

If you have a warm, friendly manner we can teach you the ins and outs of working as part of our team. If you do have any previous experience, we would also love to hear from you. Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same.

This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important. Working on our fantastic adult breaks means some shifts will go late into the night, meaning 4am finishes are involved.
