Job summary

Butlin's is seeking enthusiastic team members for our bar, restaurant and leisure teams at Bognor Regis. This permanent full-time, onsite role involves supporting stage setups and live shows, maintaining backstage areas, and assisting with light and sound equipment. No experience is required as full training is provided.

About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant and leisure teams. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Looking for progression? About You

Setting up the stage for our various shows. Maintaining the cleanliness backstage. Working with light and sound equipment. Have good communication skills. Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service.Be confident to work on own initiative as necessary .Be able to Work in a high energy and fast paced environment. Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people. Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
