Job summary

Butlin's Minehead is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our bar, restaurant and leisure teams. No experience is required and full training is provided. You’ll help set up stages, keep backstage areas clean and assist with light and sound equipment, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Join a friendly team with opportunities to progress within Butlin's and across the wider business. Availability for evenings/weekends is welcome as these times are part of our busy operation.

About The Role

We’re looking for passionate people to join our Butlin’s Team. Our teams create unforgettable experiences for our guests and we are currently looking for amazing team members to join us in our bar, restaurant and leisure teams. No experience is necessary and we will give you all the training you need. Working alongside a fantastic team, we will support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly get stuck in. Looking for progression? Being a great team player is essential and you should also enjoy the buzz of a busy environment. No day will ever be the same, so you should be happy to try new things and chat to lots of different people. Our resorts are open in the week and during the weekend so you will need some flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
