Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Production Technician for our Hadley Park site in Huntingdon to join our chocolate manufacturing team on a permanent basis. You will manage production lines, ensure correct machinery settings, and support changeovers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You’ll work a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm) and collaborate with Engineering, Warehouse and Hygiene teams to hit production targets and minimise downtime, while contributing to our premium

Competenze

• Must have experience meeting KPIs and working under production targets.
• Strong verbal and written English communication is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Operate production assets in line with the production plan and optimise run orders.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure materials and resources are available for each shift.
• Document runs and log data to support GMP and quality controls.
• Assist with changeovers and line readiness to minimise downtime.
• Support engineering in root-cause analysis and maintenance requests.
• Uphold food safety practices and GMP standards across the asset area.
