Job summary

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Production Technician to join the Chocolate Manufacturing Team at Hadley Park, Huntingdon, on a permanent night shift (Sun-Thu 22:00-06:00). You will operate production lines, monitor equipment, and ensure quality and GMP standards are maintained.

You will collaborate with engineering, hygiene, and warehouse teams to meet production plans, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior operators.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 qualification is required.
• HACCP training or knowledge is required.
• Good knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines safely and efficiently per shift plan.
• Change over equipment and support process improvements.
• Maintain GMP standards and complete shift reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and hygiene to ensure materials are ready.
