Qualifications

• Attendance must be dependable and consistent.
• Prior machine operation experience is preferred.
• Experience in chocolate or confectionery is a plus.
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Proficient English reading, writing, and basic math.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate chocolate production equipment for panning, enrobing, and depositing.
• Monitor equipment, product flow and quality.
• Load/unload tanks, trays, and materials.
• Assist with setup, changeovers, adjustments, cleaning.
• Complete production, quality, cleaning and food safety documentation.
• Report concerns and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety, GMP, SQF, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and production-ready.
• Communicate concerns to team members.
