Job summary

Magna Specialist Confectioners Limited in Telford is seeking reliable factory workers to join our confectionery production team. The role involves feeding chocolate moulds into baskets, loading the spinner wheel, and moving finished goods to the cooling tunnel.

You will work a rotating shift pattern with day and night options; day shift pay £12.71 per hour, plus night uplift. No prior experience is required as training is provided, but you must be physically capable of handling 20 kg moulds and

Qualifications

• Physically demanding role; ability to carry 20 kg moulds continuously.
• Rights to work in the UK, without any restrictions.
• Good hand–eye coordination and able to work quickly to maintain targets.
• Reliability is key to this role; excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and cleanliness to comply with regulations.
• Wear company uniform and correct PPE as appropriate.
• Ensure clean as you go and good housekeeping; comply with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Feed chocolate moulds into baskets, load the baskets onto the spinner wheel, then move the baskets to the cooling tunnel.
• Support team leaders by performing a range of repetitive tasks of moving goods.
