Job summary

Topchiro B.V. is seeking a proactive Chiropractic Assistant/Office Lead to greet clients, manage appointments, and support chiropractors during visits. You will handle phone and email inquiries, maintain accurate patient notes, and ensure a smooth clinic workflow.

You will also lead lead management efforts, track conversions, and contribute to marketing and patient retention initiatives. A strong focus on customer care, communication, and collaboration with the clinic team is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare, preferably as a chiropractic assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficiency with lead management, patient conversion, or sales in a healthcare setting is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients; answer inquiries and provide service information; manage calendar and appointments.
• Track new client leads and follow up to maximise conversion; maintain CRM records.
• Assist chiropractors during appointments; take tests/examinations and maintain patient notes.
• Lead front desk operations, cash handling, and ensure clinic standards; organise meetings and minutes.
