Life Balance Chiropractic in Poole is seeking a friendly Client Experience Coordinator / Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team. This full‑time, 35‑hour per week role focuses on delivering exceptional client journeys from first contact through ongoing care.

You will learn our systems and processes, respond to inquiries quickly, manage bookings and payments, and maintain organised clinic operations. A warm, coachable attitude is essential for success and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• You should be warm, organised, proactive and coachable.
• You’ll respond to and follow up with enquiries quickly, build genuine relationships, book appointments, anticipate needs and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Speak with new enquiries by phone as a trusted advisor, helping the right people take the next step and book and pay for the new client experience.
• Follow up with enquiries who haven't yet booked and build trust.
• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional and personal experience.
• Manage appointments, payments, care plans and client records accurately.
• Rebook cancellations, missed appointments and clients who have fallen out of care.
• Build genuine relationships with clients and help them stay engaged with their health goals.
• Handle questions and concerns calmly, professionally and compassionately.
• Keep the front desk, client areas and daily clinic operations organised and running smoothly.
• Follow our systems, SOPs and checklists so important details don't fall through the cracks.
• Close communication loops rather than leaving things for someone else.
• Support events, marketing initiatives and community spinal-health checks.
• Contribute to an energetic, supportive team and help cover teammates when required.
