Job summary

Haven is hiring a Cooks Fish and Chip Shop Team Member for full-time, part-time or seasonal hours at our venue in the United Kingdom. You will prepare and serve fish, chips and other menu items, delivering a warm, guest-friendly experience.

You will fry, package and follow high food safety standards, greet guests, take orders and work with the team to keep service smooth, even during busy periods. No prior fast-food experience is required, but strong communication and a positive attitude help.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, fry, and package fish, chips, and other items following quality standards and recipes.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Greet our guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and ensure they have a great experience.
