Job summary
Thermatic Technical FM is seeking a full-time Air Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile service team across North/West London. The role involves visiting client sites for planned and reactive maintenance, with early starts, late finishes and occasional night work.
A full UK driving licence is required. We offer overtime opportunities, a company van for personal use, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private healthcare, and death-in-service cover.
Qualifications
- Experience with air conditioning and refrigeration equipment (VRVs/VRFs/splits/chillers).
- FGAS Cat 1 compliance and knowledge of Building Regulations.
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Equipment.
- Health and safety obligations in maintenance activities.
- Basic plumbing and building materials knowledge.
- Asbestos awareness.
Responsibilities
- Undertake installation, commissioning and maintenance of AC and refrigeration systems.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance per PPM schedules.
- Provide accurate timekeeping and on-site reporting.
- Support team members and participate in 24-hour call rota.
- Assist with client site interactions and quotation requests.
