Job summary

Fowler Welch is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for nights in Evesham, UK. You will lead a hands-on team in a chilled environment (2-4°C), ensuring despatch deadlines, accuracy and KPIs are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You will coordinate training, manage holidays and shifts, and liaise with HR and other sites to provide seamless service. The role is full-time and permanent with night shifts Wednesday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy operation.
• MHE/PPT licence or experience is required.
• Proficient with standard IT systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve productivity and accuracy.
• Deliver daily operational targets, despatch deadlines and KPIs.
• Coordinate training and ensure staff remain qualified in loading procedures and safety.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and report hazards and incidents.
• Maintain quality, hygiene and temperature controls per BRC/HACCP.
• Manage day-to-day people matters such as holidays, shifts and timekeeping.
• Build strong working relationships across departments and sites.
