Job summary

Fowler Welch in Evesham is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our chilled distribution operation. This hands-on role drives day-to-day operations, motivates staff, and ensures accuracy, productivity and safety.

The role runs Wednesday to Saturday nights, 18:00–06:00, in a cold environment (2–4°C). Salary £38,763 per annum with a range of benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams and departments.
• Familiarity with health, safety and quality standards in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to maintain high productivity and accuracy.
• Deliver daily targets including despatch deadlines and KPIs.
• Coordinate training on loading procedures, MHE, PPT and manual handling.
