Culina Logistics in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a chilled distribution operation. This hands-on role supports day‑to‑day warehouse activities, motivates colleagues and ensures loading accuracy and service standards meet customer expectations.

The role operates in a chilled environment (2–4 degrees) with 3 on/3 off shifts from 06:00 to 18:00. Salary is £32,581.26 per year, reflecting full-time permanent work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in chilled environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team, maintaining discipline and productivity.
• Meet daily targets including despatch deadlines and KPIs.
• Coordinate training and ensure colleagues are qualified in loading procedures and safety.
• Enforce health and safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards with temperature checks and HACCP processes.
• Manage outbound load plans and identify improvements to reduce errors.
• Handle day-to-day people matters: holidays, shifts, timesheets, performance.
• Collaborate with operations, HR and other sites to provide efficient service.
