Job summary

Culina Logistics seeks a Warehouse Team Leader for its chilled distribution operation in Stafford. This hands-on role will drive day-to-day warehouse activity, motivate staff, and ensure loading accuracy and service standards meet customer expectations.

Working in a 2–4 degree chilled environment, you will oversee despatch, KPI delivery, training, and health & safety, coordinating with HR and operations to sustain a high-performance site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced operation.
• Ability to drive targets and KPI performance.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Experience with FLT/PPT licences is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to deliver on targets.
• Ensure despatch deadlines, loading accuracy and KPIs are met.
• Coordinate training and compliance for loading procedures and safety.
• Champion health and safety and report hazards and incidents promptly.
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards in a chilled environment.
