Job summary

Fowler Welch is seeking a warehouse operative to load and unload products according to company procedures and to maintain accurate inbound and dispatch paperwork. You will monitor trailer and MHE faults and ensure returns are logged with the Stock Controller.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a chilled environment, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude while upholding HACCP and SSOW safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment.
• Experience of working within an environment where achieving deadlines and quality of work are critical.
• Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Conscientious and reliable nature.
• Positive 'can do' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload product in line with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure inbound and dispatch documentation is complete and accurate.
• Report trailer or MHE faults and place VOR vehicles in designated areas.
• Ensure goods are picked, assembled and dispatched correctly and safely.
• Meet productivity targets whilst following health & safety policies (SSOWs and HACCP).
• Receive and notify customer returns to the Stock Controller.
