Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the Sainsbury's team. If you're looking to secure a permanent contract with a household name while enjoying great weekly pay and real bonuses, this is the spot for you.

You will operate picking equipment, maintain high quality standards, and work in a chilled depot environment, with training for LLOP and PPT provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a chilled warehouse environment.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg.
• Flexibility to work 5 shifts per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Operate picking equipment safely to build store orders accurately.
• Maintain high quality standards to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
• Pick essential products including meat, dairy, juices, and beverages.
• Work within a chilled depot environment at 3–5°C.
• Complete full training for Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOP) and Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT).
