Job summary

Culina is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for Poole, offering training and development. Roles include operating refrigerated articulated vehicles to deliver chilled stock across Local and Regional Distribution Centres, with 4 on 4 off and specific start times. Training is provided for those new to driving.

Shifts include day and night hours with enhanced rates; you will manage paperwork, follow safety rules, and ensure timely deliveries with PODs and temperature checks.

Qualifications

• Possession of LGV Class 1 Licence.
• Current CPC certificate is required.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and drivers’ hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough completion of paperwork.
• Observe health, safety and hygiene rules.
• Maintain knowledge of transport operations and Road Transport Directive.
• Adhere to tachograph rules and complete daily vehicle checks.
