Job summary

Forza Foods Ltd on its Normanton site is seeking a Production Operative to join the onsite Production Team. You will contribute to day-to-day operations in a high care, chilled environment, handling meat products and operating machinery.

The role offers a permanent contract with 4 on 2 off shifts, covering mornings and evenings, and requires a practical, team‑oriented approach with a focus on safety and quality. Training and protective clothing are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work quickly and methodically in a team.
• Entry-level English; understanding of health and safety policies.
• Experience in food production or chilled environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work in a high care chilled environment handling food products.
• Operate machinery and follow hygiene and safety procedures.
• Pack, label, and report defects to a Line Leader.
